The Truth About Abs

Foods that you eat have a huge impact on the success of your six-pack goals. Too many people say that getting a defined core is too hard. However most of these people don't have the right knowledge or plan.

This is where knowledge comes into play. If you understand how you body works you then can manipulate you body into doing what you want. Kinda like you are telling you body what to do and not the other way around.

See your body is a machine. You fuel your body through food but like gasoline for cars there are different types of fuels you can use. Some are OK and do the job while other gasoline types are more for performance. Food is exactly the same for your body. You can eat junk food and you will function but if you eat better foods, some high with antioxidants and metabolism boosting properties, then your body will work and perform much better.

When you put junk food and foods high in fats and simple sugars into your body then body keeps some of this food. This is a function the human body has done for thousands of years. The human body has a survival mode in which it will store excess calories should there be a lack of food in the future. Since we live in an age where getting food is as simple as going to a store our body don't burn off this stored energy as fast. Since we continue to add more faster then it is burned then weight gain happens. Make sense?
