Here is a little bit more info about how the program started:

The inspiration for this program happened back in 2004 when I was in graduate school working on my Masters Degree after I retired from my athletic career. I teamed up with my training partner, who at the time was World Famous Strength Coach and Mixed Martial Artist Nate Edwards, and we began throwing around training and diet ideas. At the time Nate was training for an upcoming fight and I was training and dieting for Universe Weekend.

As we trained and dieted we literally turned our bodies into real life science projects and then micro-analyzed the results. We tweaked what needed to be fixed and expanded on what was already working. After two short weeks of combining our distinct training styles, I began to notice visible changes happening in my body. Not only did I have defined muscles in my sides, but my body-fat was at an all-time low of 4% and I was stronger than ever!

All of a sudden people began to take notice! Friends would ask me what kinds of supplements I was on, and how much I was benching. When I told them that I eliminated most supplements from my arsenal they called me a liar. Then it occurred to me that I also used to be a supplement junkie who also once training and eating the wrong way. I quickly decided that I needed to share with the world the secret to my success! I told myself that people needed to learn my secret, and not just have to settle for useless tips from a magazine, or from a mis-informed trainer at their gym. After months of brainstorming, I decided to finally create a program that incorporated all of the “secrets” used by the top fitness professionals and athletes for maximizing performance and building a great body. After putting all of the ideas onto paper the 6 Pack Secret Program was born.

Since then, thousands of people, just like you, have been seeing great results with the workouts and dietary principles used in The 6 Pack Secret.
