Six Pack Workout
Everybody seems to want to get a full six pack of abs but have no idea how to really get it done. Many will just try doing hundreds of basic crunches on the floor each day and not even care about anything else.
Let me just clear the crunches myth up now. Crunches on the floor do not work. Avoid doing them at all costs I do not care who told you they work. You should be doing effective ab exercises to replace them.
Your six pack workout should not just be centered on doing ab exercises even if they are the effective ones like reverse crunches. You should also be doing compound exercises like squats and chest presses as these are very effective for burning belly fat.
You would not expect it but exercises like chin ups, bench presses, deadlifts, and front squats burn loads of calories and build muscle quickly. They work more than one muscle group.
Dieting is also important too. If you want to lose belly fat then you need to eat healthy natural foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts.
With a healthy diet and solid six pack workout routine you will be unstoppable. Just be sure to actually take action. You might feel that you need some time to adjust to a new lifestyle and that is fine. Take it one day at a time. It does not matter if it takes weeks to be loyal to your routine just keep on moving forward.
