Six Pack Stomach
To get a six pack stomach you must focus on doing what works and that does not include basic crunches on the floor. I do not care how many you can do.
I used to do over a hundreds a day thinking that they would get me results fast. But all they did was strain my back and neck. That is why it is important for you to get more variety.
