Six Pack Exercises

Getting six pack abs is not hard. You just need to diet the right way and do the correct six pack exercises. You should not have to wake up early in the morning to run on an empty stomach or have to do hundreds of floor crunches.

1) Start with your diet. You cannot expect to lose belly fat by eating junk food all day. Processed foods like sweets, white carbs, and fatty foods should be replaced by natural foods like lean meats, fruits, vegetables, beans, and nuts.

2) Reverse your crunches. Regular crunches may not target your abs well but some variations of them do. When you do reverse crunches your legs are doing all the work. These are really helpful for working your lower abs.

3) Do your crunches on an exercise ball. By performing crunches on a ball you will eliminate the strain and target your abdominals directly. These are more fun to do anyway. You get a lot more range.

4) Get plenty of protein. You need plenty of protein to build muscle since they are the building blocks. Some of the best sources are chicken, lean beef, cottage cheese, eggs, and milk.

5) Do a variety of exercises. If you just limit yourself to ab exercises, even if they are the effective ones above you will not lose much belly fat. They are only good for working your abs. To lose belly fat you need to do compound exercises since they help burn overall body fat.

By doing six pack exercises you will easily get a full six pack. Those mixed with compound movements like squats, chest presses, rows, and deadlifts will get you results immediately. But you need to take action!
