The quickest way to a six pack is to make sure that your nutrition or diet plan is in line with your six pack workout routine.

With proper nutrition you will be able to burn the fat and feed your muscle. The more muscle mass you have in your body the more fat you will burn. Muscle burns fat so the main focus is to retain muscle mass while on a calorie deficit.

You want to decrease your calorie intake by 500 each day. This way within 7 days you will be in a 3500 calorie deficit. That is 1 pound. That pound can be muscle or fat. This is why having the proper nutrition is vital to your six pack abs. When decreasing your calorie intake make sure that you decrease unnecessary nutrients. A great example are not drinking soda, eating desserts or consuming very fatty food. Since you will be in a calorie deficit you want to eat more complex carbohydrates, high quality protein and essential fats.

The next quickest way to a six pack is the right training or exercise program. The exercise program you should be doing should focus on compound movements, muscle building but fat burning. It should be intense instead of slow. A high intensity interval training is a perfect example of a training style that will build muscle, burn fat and intense at the same time.
