Quick 6 Pack Abs

Here's three quick 6 pack abs tips. If you want to get 6 pack abs you need these secrets to get six pack abs quick.

#1: Use bicycle crunches.

Bicycle crunches are very similar to regular crunches with one added maneuver. While you preform the regular crunch you touch your elbow to the opposite side's knee. This looks similar to riding a bicycle and is a great way for some easy weight loss and muscle sculpting.

Here is how you preform the bicycle crunch. Lay with your back down flat on the floor. Bend your knees upward so they create a reverse V position.

Simultaneously lift up in the normal crunch fashion as you twist your elbow at the top of the crunch to the meet the opposite leg's knee. Then return to the starting position with your back on the floor with your legs in the reverse V position. After that, simply repeat and alternate the elbow and knee.

#2: Eat more healthy fats.

It may sound funny but healthy fats reduce the appetite. Foods such as nuts, avocados, eggs, and grass fed meat are extremely good at suppressing the appetite. But you still need to watch what you eat.

You want to avoid processed foods as much as possible and eat organic food. This reduces the intake of toxins and speeds up weight loss. The main reason most people have a problem getting a 6 pack is the excess of fats in refined sugars and processed foods they are eating.

So if you eat the right fats and combine it with organic foods you are going to side step much of the reasons most people are fat in the first place.

#3: Don't spend all of your time on training your abs.

This is also a little known secret. Having flat visible stomach muscles is all about having a low body fat percentage. A mistake many people make is focusing too much on their abdominal and not enough on overall fitness.

You should spend the majority of your workout time focusing on the major muscle groups such as the legs, back and chest because that is what stimulates your metabolism. Then, you can spend about 10% of your workout time directly on ab exercises such as bicycle crunches.
