How to Get Six

“If you're someone that just really hates to diet, well, I've got good news for you. We can still get a six pack ab. I'm Carol Ann, with Studio Group X, and we're going to talk about how you can improve the look of your abdominals, without dieting, so I'm going to show you some exercises that you can do. Come on down to your back. You're going to have your back placed on the mat, hands behind your head. Keep your elbows wide, and simply perform a crunch here. You're decreasing the distance between the bottom of your rib cage, and your hip bones. Now, if you're not going to follow a proper diet, you're going to have to build up to doing about a hundred of these, in a row. You might not be able to start off doing a hundred, but work up to it. Next, to work the lower portion of the rectus abdominis, pick your feet up, reverse crunch, then lower your feet down. Reverse crunch, and lower your feet down. Next, to work the obliques, perform criss crosses. Now, really focus on your breath here. Inhale, inhale, exhale, exhale. Really blow it out, to work those abs. Now, another exercise you can do, is a jackknife. Now, this is pretty advanced, lowering your feet down, and lift up, and see if you can build up to doing about 15 of those. Then, you can flip over, and do planks. Now, when you're doing a plank, this works those transverse abdominals, you want to pull those shoulder blades back. Keep your abs in really nice and tight, and hold this for about 30 seconds to a minute, and do three sets of those, so if you're not disciplined enough to follow a proper diet, then you're going to have to do extra effort in your exercises. I'm Carol Ann, with Studio Group X, and we just talked about how you can get a six pack ab, without dieting.”
