How to Get Six Pack Abs Within 3 Weeks

Getting a six pack is something that lots of men and women want to be able to do. However, with common myths polluting the Internet, it's important that you are able to use the right advice to get a six pack quickly. The good news is that getting a six pack in 3 weeks is possible, you just need to know how to work smarter, not harder.

Six packs are where your abdominal muscles show through your skin, making the distinct “washboard” effect that so many men and women crave. However, getting your abs to look like this can be very difficult if you use the myths that have plagued this space for many years.

The problem many people have with getting more pronounced abs is that they fall for the biggest fallacy possible… that in order to get them to show up, you need to “do 100 sit ups a night”. Although doing sit ups does help to get a six pack, it's not the fastest, easiest or most effective way to do it. In fact, doing too many sit ups can actually harm your chances of getting a six pack.

Getting a six pack is 80% fat-burning and 20% muscle toning. Everyone has fat that covers their body and it happens that many people have too much fat that covers their abs. This fat is natural, but if you want your abs to show, it's vital that you are able to get rid of it. This is something many people don't realize… when in reality, burning your belly fat is the most effective way of revealing your abs that lie underneath.

Burning your body fat, by eating properly and doing constant cardio exercises, is the first and most important step to getting a six pack. You really need to focus 80% of your effort into this, as if you don't, you'll never be able to get your abs to protrude. If you can get slim enough, your abs will just show anyway. That's how important this step is.

After you've burnt your body fat, it's just a case of doing abdominal exercises, such as sit ups, crunches and others to make your abdominal muscles more pronounced. The main point here is that you first need to burn your fat and then tone your abs – which is something that no ab gadget, crash diet or diet pill can ever do. However, if you want to get a six pack quickly, you need to know which are the most effective techniques for burning your fat and making your abs more pronounced.
