How to Get a Six-Pack: Abdominal Exercises

“Hi, I'm Les Whitley. I'd like to talk to you about how to get a six pack. The abdominal muscles are synonymous with having overall great health. And the six pack is the extreme epitome of that. To develop a six pack, you've got to have a great muscular base to start with. That requires involving a lot of different abdominal exercises as part of your overall training routine. After all, if you have a great mid-section, but the rest of your body doesn't match, it's not adding to that overall healthy look. Working your body as a whole and the core as part of that will help you achieve that look in its entirety. Focusing on the amount of body fat levels throughout will add that overall muscular look, especially in the mid-section to aid in you achieving that six pack. The six pack abdominals is typically seen by having a very low level of body fat. Having that very low level of body fat requires a combination of having a very strict dietary regime in addition to a very active and healthy lifestyle where you're expending a lot of calories. To minimize those impacts on the body fat by the fuel that you take in, you should have very low levels intake of sugar and modifying the levels of fat, increasing your levels of protein to sustain not only your muscle structure, but muscle growth as well. As part of the overall strength training routine, you're constantly breaking down the muscle tissue, so you need to have that protein to repair it. Modifying your dietary intake to alter your calorie and overall calorie expenditure will help you achieve those overall lower levels of body fat required. We're talking about the six pack in particular. We're talking about body fat levels less than ten percent. The lower the body fat levels, the more those abdominals are going to be seen, and the more overall muscular appearance you're going to have. Work hard, be dedicated, be patient and be consistent to achieve those six pack abs.”
