The first thing you must do is alter your diet, as burning belly fat is 80% diet and about 20% exercise. If you want results get disciplined and start today..don't look back!
1. Eliminate these foods immediately: white four, ice cream, fried foods, donuts and pastries, white sugar, candy, chocolate, soda pop, fruit drinks loaded with sucrose, corn syrup or high fructose, potato chips, nachos, sugary breakfast cereals
2. Bulk up on fiber – Fiber is low in fat and has a detoxifying effect on the body, and basically helps clean the system out. Eating high fiber diet will help flatten the stomach.
3. Go heavy on protein: Feel free to indulge in chicken, fish, eggs, avacados, nuts, and cottage cheese. These foods boost metabolism and are low in fat.
4. Avoid sodium – sodium has a bloating effect on the stomach so start reading labels and avoid foods high in sodium.
5. Watch the alcohol -alcohol quickly turns into fat and adds calories. It also has a bloating effect similar to sodium.
Exercises for Perfect Six Pack Abs
Doing direct ab exercises is essential, but far less intensive than you probably think. Once you start losing body fat your ab definition will naturally start to show, because fat around your stomach is what is hiding any definition you have.
