Can You Really Get a Six Pack in One Month?

In our effort to become the number one resource online for helping people to get a six pack, we receive a lot of emails from our readers that ask different questions. The most common, of course, is for advice on how to get a six pack quickly, and whether it’s even possible.

The long answer, is a little more complicated.

The main basis for getting a six pack is obviously to increase the size and definition of your six pack muscles. We all have these muscles, no matter how overweight you are (or think you are). Have you ever noticed how some skinny people just seem to have great six packs? It’s not because they work out, its simply because their body fat is so low that you can see them clearly.

So, if you really want to get a six pack in one month, there are two ways to go about it.

The first way is to get your body fat low enough by eating less and doing cardio so that your natural abs show through.

The second is to go on a crazy regime which involves doing hundreds of sit-ups per day in order to build up your abdominal muscles and this also acts as a form of cardio to lower your body fat.

However, if you really want to get a six pack quickly, then don’t forget that if you stop implementing such a routine (which isn’t always healthy – slow and steady wins the race) then you’re going to lose the definition that you’ve managed to build.
