Things you're going to need, get a bench, get a mat for the floors, or it's going to take your back; maybe some weights to incorporate some heavy ab exercises into it. Number one, first thing I like to do in abs is hit the lower abs, it's going to hanging leg raises. You can do about five sets of these, you know, just do a progression that you can do comfortable, probably, about ten to twelve reps. Step two, you're going to want to hit the obliques or the sides of your abs. You're going to want to do some type of rotary turning motion. You're going to either do wood choppers or a decline medicine ball twist. Anything that, kind of, gets you moving back and forth. Step three, you're going to work the upper abs, any type of basic crunching motion will be great on this. You can do it flat on the floor, you can do it on a swiss ball, anything like that. As long as you're contracting the upper abs really hard. Something else, the way to get those six-pack abs, it's going to incorporate diet and good cardio. Alright, if you've got a layer of fat over your abs, you're not going to see them, you can do crunches all day long, okay. Make sure you get a good, lean diet going and do your cardio; it's going to burn the fat off, make those abs pop.
