Best Way to Get a Six Pack Quick

I always thought that you need the best exercises to get a six pack fast, but what I now know is that abdominal workouts have very little to do with it. You see, I struggled for years pushing myself to the max with crunches and sit ups whilst really not getting anywhere at all! I was so confused that I still had my layer of belly fat even though I was doing all those abs exercises!

That's when I happened to be reading an article on a six pack abs site which explained why just doing exercises won't get you a six pack. At first I was angry and pretended to myself that it wasn't true. But the more I read the more sense it made and the more I realized that even though I had been doing it wrong all that time, I could make up for it now.

You see, the reason why abs workouts aren't effective by themselves, is because they don't help you to get rid of your stomach fat.Which means all they are doing is increasing your muscle underneath your fat. And of course you fat is hiding all your gains. So try as you might, you won't be able to get the benefits that you want.

So what you do need to do, is lose body fat. Now this can actually be done quite easily so long as you know what your doing. And as soon as you lose your fat, you'll be able to see your nice toned abs.

So the first thing you need to do is go ahead and start eating a diet which will help you burn your fat. This should include foods which you actually like eating and are also healthy. And before you say that such foods don't exist, let me ask you a question? Have you tried every food in the world? NO. And I'm telling you if you set yourself a mission to test out loads of different healthy foods you'll find some that you get addicted to.

It happened to me and I'm one of those guys who would always eat fast food and other ultra unhealthy stuff. Whats more I would never eat anything that was even a tiny bit healthy. But as soon as I got fed up of having a fat belly and stated to try out some healthy foods I found out that I loved loads of them. I especially like Watermelon and Okra (foods that I had never even eaten before but now make up part of my diet).

Since then I've lost my weight and got the six pack that I always wanted. And I did it all by eating a good diet and then later doing some cardio and abs exercises. So if you want to get the body that you've always wanted, then make sure that you start eating healthy foods right away.

Once you've got your eating plan in order, you can begin to start doing cardio and abdominal workouts. This will add to your success, but remember, getting a 6 pack is 90% diet and 10% exercise.
