Abs the Easy Way
To get a set of six pack abs, there are two main things you need to do: get rid of the fat and sculpt the abs. Here are two easy ways to get results in the most effective and efficient manner.
1. The easiest way to shed the fat is by doing cardiovascular exercise, and here's the secret, doing it in the first thing in the morning upon wakening. Before any breakfast is eaten, you should perform at least 25-30 minutes of cardio. Whether it be walking or running or peddling on a stationary bike, when you wake up in the morning your body is in an ideal state for fat burning to occur. It's had several hours to digest and you haven't stuffed it with any food, hence you'll be directly targeting the fat. People have experienced incredible fat burning results by doing their exercising first thing in the morning, upon wakening.

The easiest form of crunches for six pack results is both crunching your torso while bring your knees forward and crunching them towards your chest. This way both the lower and upper abs are getting worked.
