So you want six pack abs.
Depending on your body build, gaining a six pack by doing 100 crunches a day….will take forever.
what you're going to want to do is
RUN for 20 minutes everyday.
Work your abs for 20 minutes everyday. – Do your 100 crunches this will only take 2 minutes – then find a pull-up bar and while doing a pullup, bring your legs up to your chest. do this at least 5 times and increase as you get better – next layout on your back and lift your legs six inches off the floor, holding them off the ground flutter kick almost like you were swimming. As you get better keep your shoulder blades off the ground while you do this. do it for 30-90 seconds. – Repeat Repeat Repeat untill the 20 mins is up. – Augment your work out every couple of weeks. By doing your crunches with your legs flat or off the ground, or to the side. Or do a push up stance and hold yourself up for X minutes (As long as you can increasing as you get better).
But it's the running that melts away the flub above your six pack and makes it more visible and defined.
if you do this everyday then you will have your six pack in 3 months or 90 days. (Obviously it will depend on the current shape you are in) But everyday you miss will make it exponentially longer.
I'm 5'11 and 170 pounds and I'm 19. I'm in the best shape of my life and this is how I stay that way.
