3 Steps to Six Pack Abs

With all of the information out there about six pack abs it can get a little overwhelming. Where do you start? What equipment do you need? What exercises? Do those pills really work? What about those belts you see on TV? If you want to know the truth about how to lose belly fat and get a great body in 3 easy steps, then you will be happy to know that anyone can do it, including YOU!

First of all, forget about the expensive equipment or the gadgets you see on the infomercials. 99% of them are complete junk and are a waste of your money. You can do nearly everything with a stability ball and a set of dumbbells! If you have access to a gym that is preferable, but you CAN get six pack abs right in your home! Here's how:

Step #1 – Developing the proper mindset to set your goals, and believe (actually BELIEVE) that you can achieve them! This is usually overlooked and is the main reason why so many people try to get six pack abs and fail. On some level, probably subconsciously, they never really believed they could do it.

Step #2 – Adopt a diet that completely avoids packaged and prepared foods and focuses on whole grains, whole foods and organic products. The biggest myth about six pack abs is that exercise is the key. It's actually second to nutrition and diet!

Step # 3 – Focus on a total body resistance workout instead of just working your abs. You will be amazed how few abs exercises are actually required! No more long boring cardio, situps and crunches!

Believe it or not, you already have a set of six pack abs whether you are a guy or gal. The key is the proper mindset, and the proper nutrition and exercise to lose the belly fat that is covering them up. The question is, are you willing to do what it takes? Is this important to you? Are you tired of what you see when you look in the mirror?
